• Messages and conversation context that you submit in the app so we can generate AI-powered suggestions.
• Usage information, such as message counts, premium status, daily usage limits, and feature interactions.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as basic request logs, rate-limit data, and error information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• create and manage your account;
• provide AI-generated dating and texting suggestions;
• remember your preferences and improve your experience;
• enforce free and premium usage limits;
• process subscriptions and restore purchases;
• improve app performance, reliability, and safety;
• prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
3. AI Processing
CrushCue uses artificial intelligence to generate message suggestions and conversational guidance. Messages and relevant context you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, for processing and response generation.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggestion generated by the app.
4. Data Storage
CrushCue uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and user-related app data. This may include your account information, app preferences, message usage, premium status, and saved conversation-related data.
Some data may also be stored locally on your device to keep the app working smoothly, such as cached settings or recent app state.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate CrushCue, including:
• Supabase for authentication and database storage;
• OpenAI for AI response generation;
• RevenueCat for subscription and purchase management;
• Vercel for backend hosting;
• Upstash Redis for temporary caching and performance optimization.
These providers may process limited data only as necessary to provide their services to CrushCue.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
CrushCue may offer paid subscriptions. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat, depending on your device and platform.
We do not directly store your full payment card details.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account unless we are legally required to keep certain information.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app where this option is available, or by contacting us at contact@crushcue.app.
Deleting your account will permanently and irreversibly remove your profile, preferences, message history, usage records, and other associated data, unless retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, including if you are in the European Union, you may have the right to:
• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• request restriction or objection to certain processing;
• request a copy of your data in a portable format;

10. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers only when necessary to operate, secure, improve, or provide the app.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s Privacy
CrushCue is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided personal data, we may delete the account and associated information.
13. International Data Processing
Because CrushCue uses third-party service providers, your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
