By using CrushCue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use CrushCue. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. About CrushCue

CrushCue provides AI-generated suggestions for dating, texting, and social communication. The app is designed to help users think through messages and conversations in a more confident and natural way.

4. AI-Generated Content

CrushCue uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggestion.

5. No Guaranteed Results

CrushCue does not guarantee any outcome in dating, relationships, conversations, or social interactions. Suggestions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

6. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the messages you send, the decisions you make, and the way you use the app. CrushCue is not responsible for any consequences, misunderstandings, emotional distress, lost relationships, or other outcomes resulting from use of the app.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CrushCue to harass, threaten, manipulate, deceive, impersonate others, abuse, stalk, exploit, or harm others. You also agree not to use the app for illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

CrushCue may offer paid subscription plans such as monthly or yearly Pro access. Subscription prices, features, and limits may vary by region and may change over time.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Payment and renewal are handled by the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased the subscription.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies. CrushCue does not directly process store refunds.

10. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to CrushCue if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, attempted to bypass usage limits, or used the app in a harmful or unlawful way.

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Deleting your account will permanently and irreversibly remove your profile, preferences, message history, usage data, and all associated information, unless retention is required by law.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep CrushCue available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, high traffic, third-party outages, or other reasons.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrushCue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CrushCue after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
